Welcome to MACROVEND. This Shipping Policy governs the shipping terms and conditions under which all purchases made through MACROVEND are shipped to you, the customer. By purchasing products from MACROVEND, you agree to be bound by and accept this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Method
All orders placed with MACROVEND will be shipped using the shipping method specified by the seller. However, we reserve the right to choose and override the shipping courier or service chosen by the seller to deliver the order efficiently and securely. Our final decision on the shipping method will be non-negotiable and final.
2. Responsibility for Shipping
MACROVEND acts as a facilitator in the selling process and is not directly involved in the shipping or delivery of products. Therefore, MACROVEND expressly disclaims all responsibility for any shipping-related issues, disputes, damages, or losses that may arise during the shipping or delivery process. All inquiries, claims, or disputes related to shipping must be directed to the respective shipping carrier or service provider chosen by the seller.
3. Shipping Requirements
To ensure the security and traceability of your order, MACROVEND strongly recommends the use of standard postal services that offer shipment tracking and require a signature upon delivery. Please note that MACROVEND will not accept any shipping method that does not provide a tracking number. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that the chosen shipping method complies with this requirement.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation: All orders must be shipped with a tracking number. Upon shipment, the seller must provide MACROVEND and the buyer with the tracking information to monitor the delivery progress. The buyer is encouraged to track their shipment actively and arrange for receipt of the delivery.
Signature Requirement: Where available, a shipping method that requires the recipient's signature upon delivery is preferred. This adds an extra layer of security, ensuring that the order is delivered to the correct recipient.
Postal Boxes: MACROVEND will not accept any shipping method to a postal box. This is due to the requirement for a signature. This protects both the seller, the buyer and MACROVEND.
4. Amendments to Shipping Policy
MACROVEND reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. All amendments will be posted on the MACROVEND website and effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the MACROVEND platform after any changes to this Shipping Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
