Our subscription-based model is tailored to simplify the financial and operational aspects of selling online, focusing on transparent pricing without the burden of per-listing or transaction fees. By using MACROVEND, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which incorporate our Privacy Policy, forming a legally binding agreement between you and MACROVEND. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Definitions

"User" refers to any individual or entity using our Services.
"Seller" denotes a User who lists products for sale on MACROVEND.
"Buyer" refers to a User purchasing products on MACROVEND.
"Content" means any text, images, or other materials uploaded by Users.
"Services" encapsulates all functionalities provided by MACROVEND, including our marketplace platform and any related services.

Use of the Platform

Billing and Payment: Details regarding payment methods, billing cycles, and how to alter or cancel your subscription will be provided shortly.

Listings and Transactions

Product Listings: Sellers are encouraged to list unlimited products, provided they comply with our policies and legal standards.
Transactions: While MACROVEND facilitates the marketplace, transactions are directly between buyers and sellers. MACROVEND is not involved in the contractual agreement for sales.

Payment, Shipping and Returns

Third-Party Processors: Subscription fees are processed through approved third-party services. MACROVEND is not liable for issues arising from direct payment processing.
Shipping: Sellers set their shipping and return policies. MACROVEND offers best practice advice but is not involved in shipping disputes.

Intellectual Property

Content Ownership: Sellers retain ownership of their Content but grant MACROVEND a non-exclusive licence for promotional use.
Respect for Intellectual Property: Users must respect the intellectual property rights on the platform. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes between Users should be resolved directly. MACROVEND recommends alternative dispute resolution methods but does not mediate disputes.

Service Availability

MACROVEND aims for continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Users are advised to maintain backups of their data.

Limitation of Liability

MACROVEND's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our Services.
